Dear Readers,

I hope the first weeks of this academic year have gone well.

 I’m Josh, the Editor-in-Chief of the Polsoc Paper for the academic year of 2022/23. I did my undergraduate degree in History and Politics at the University of Sheffield and in my third year contributed to this paper under its previous editor, Jack.

I’m now studying for an MA in Journalism here.

I’m looking forward to publishing the work of the University of Sheffield’s students and showing it off here to the world. I have every faith that we can, together, continue to make a success of the Polsoc Paper.

 Any students who wish to get involved, please join our contributor’s group ‘Polsoc Paper Team’ on Facebook. Any students at the university can contribute – you don’t have to be a politics student or in the politics society.
